Move In / Move Out Cleaning
Move cleanings work best in an empty home — the clearer the space, the more thorough the clean. Review the checklist below before your move in / move out cleaning.
General
- Empty all rooms of personal items and furniture — the home should be as empty as possible
- Keep electricity and water on — the team needs both to clean
- Unlock all rooms, closets, and storage areas
- Let us know about any specific requirements ahead of time
Kitchen
- Remove all items from the fridge, cabinets, pantry, and oven storage drawer
- Clear the countertops completely
Bathrooms
- Remove all items from cabinets, drawers, and shower areas
- Flush all toilets before the team arrives
Bedrooms
- Bedrooms and closets should be completely empty
